These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tripeppi Echo Builder ("the App"), a free, fan-made tool operated by Tripeppi ("we", "us") that helps players manage Wuthering Waves echo builds. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App lets you create and manage character and echo builds. Your build data is stored in a hidden, app-specific folder in your own Google Drive (not visible in your regular Drive files), with a local cache kept in your browser for faster access. Reference content such as character artwork, fanart, and default/non-editable character data is retrieved from a public GitHub repository maintained by the operator. The App is provided free of charge, for personal, non-commercial use.
You need a Google account to use the App and must comply with Google's terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.
Wuthering Waves, its characters, artwork and related trademarks are the property of Kuro Games. The App is an unofficial, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kuro Games or any of its affiliates. All game-related content remains the property of its respective owners. The App's own code and original content are the property of the operator (Tripeppi).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Build values, ratings and probability calculations are estimates provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved, including data cached locally in your browser, which may be lost if you clear your browser data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any important data.
The App runs on Google services (Google Drive and Google Apps Script) and depends on them, and retrieves reference content from a public GitHub repository. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's and GitHub's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. You may stop using the App at any time and revoke its access from your Google Account permissions page. You may also delete your build data from your Google Drive's app data at any time via Google Drive's app management settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
